The Henry E. Bennett Achievement Foundation presents Gary Alumni Honors Awards. Gary Alumni Honors will take place on Sunday September 28th at 1pm at Marquette Pavilion in Gary, Indiana. We are proud to present the "Gary Alumni Honors"—a celebration recognizing Gary, Indiana’s finest homegrown talents in eight fields of human endeavor.  Those fields are Sports, Business, Healthcare, Legal, Civic, Government, Education and Entertainment.

Keynote Speaker: Karen Freeman-Wilson
The event will include a keynote speech by Karen Freeman Wilson, President & CEO of the Chicago Urban League and former Mayor of Gary, who will receive the Government Award.
